Preschool Center

Our Preschool Center is located at 455 Golden Gate Avenue in San Francisco, California 94102.

It has provision for 84 children who are 1.5 years old to 5.9 years old. There are 15 instructional staff members, including a Site Supervisor, and there is a Center Director. The hours of operation closely align with the public building hours and are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

C5 Children’s School is a public benefit, non-profit corporation registered in California. Its 501(c)(3) tax exempt status is recognized by the California State Franchise Tax Board and the United States Internal Revenue Service. Contributions to C5 are tax deductible.

C5 is not a subdivision of the State of California or any of its agencies. However, the state provides facilities and some services to our two centers under state code to enable state employees to have access to child care and child development and learning programs. There are over 20 early childhood programs in state facilities in California. C5 Children’s School is solely and entirely responsible for the operation of our program.
